Week 6–10We manage all procurement furniture, materials, fixtures, and bespoke items coordinating with our vendor network to align quality, cost, and delivery timeline with your project schedule.
Fit-Out & Build
Varies by scopeOur on-site project management team coordinates trades, supervises installations, and enforces quality standards at every stage of the build protecting the design integrity through construction.
Snagging & Handover
Final 1–2 weeksBefore handover, we conduct a thorough walkthrough identifying and resolving any outstanding items before your space is declared complete, coherent, and ready to inhabit.
